SEERMAP RES Training Course in Sofia, Bulgaria
ERRA is co-organising the third program of the Southeast European Electricity Roadmap Project which aims to create a South-East Europe 2050 Electricity Roadmap and also to build capacities in the SEE region amongst think tanks and policy makers on long term energy planning and modelling through workshops and trainings.
The current workshop is held on Renewables and is organised in Sofia on January 17-19 with the participation of Bulgarian, Greek, Romanian and Turkish specialists involved in the Renewables sector (ministry and regulatory representatives, academia and think tanks).
The aim of the training workshop is to familiarise the participants with the recent development of EU energy and renewable policy changes with special focus on the Winter package of 2016. The participants also receives hand-on excercises to deepen their knowledge on RES investment decisions. The scenario design of the SEERMAP project on the 2050 SEE roadmap will be introduced in the workshop in an interactive way.
