ERRA Waiver and Release of Liability*

The Energy Regulators Regional Association (herein ERRA) has taken preventative measures to reduce the spread of communicable disease including, but not limited to COVID-19 (Communicable Disease) at its meetings (the Event). However, I acknowledge that ERRA cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to or contract a Communicable Disease at the Event. Further, due to the nature of the facilities, services, and programs offered at this event, I understand that attending the Event could increase my risk of contracting a Communicable Disease. I agree to abide by all applicable COVID-19-related requirements, advisories, policies, procedures, and protocols of the hotel, ERRA and measures set by the Hungarian Government for the duration of my stay. If masks are required when the event convenes, I will comply with all guidelines. Failure to comply and abide by our rules could lead to expulsion. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, I, hereby HEREBY RELEASE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS, concerning all liabilities, claims, penalties, suits, demands, judgments, costs, interests, and expenses (including attorneys fees and costs) arising from or relating to the illness, disability or death of myself (or any person who may contract a Communicable Disease, directly or indirectly, from me), as a direct or indirect result, in whole or in part, of a Communicable Disease, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellation Policy*

I agree with the following cancellation policy and refund: Refunds of registration fees, less Euro 100 administrative charge, will be applied to written cancellation requests received before September 8, 2023. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after September 8, 2023. Name changes requested before September 8, 2023 are accepted at no charge. After September 8, 2023, name changes are accepted at a charge of Euro 50. All refunds will be processed only after the conference closing date.
