The 9th Turkey Energy Summit will be jointly held with 17th ERRA Energy Investment and Regulation Conference bringing together energy companies, regulatory organizations, professionals, investors, government representatives, public organizations and industry associations from Turkey and from ERRA member countries – primarily from Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and the United States of America. Purpose

The purpose of Abstracts and Posters within the ERRA Energy Investment and Regulation Conference is to present new and ongoing research in the energy sector, particularly related to energy regulation and development of energy markets.

Potential Candidates

This Call is open to researchers, students, professors, regulators, industry representatives and experts involved with energy regulation or energy markets.

Time-line of the Conference Abstract Process

  • March 01, 2018: Publication of the Call for Conference Abstracts with the conditions, the proposed topics
  • May 21, 2018: Deadline for the submission of the Abstracts
  • September 03, 2018: Publication of results
  • October 9-10, 2018: Presentation during the 17th ERRA Energy Investment and Regulation Conference and Poster Exhibition

Academia Patronage

Sponsorship of participation of minimum 3 postgraduate students or young researchers in the Conference in the value of 3000 EUR (1000 EUR/person). Sponsorship covers registration fee only, excluding travel and accommodation costs. Students and researchers could be selected by the Patron (in this case they should certify officially their studies) or suggested by ERRA. Selecting this opportunity, your company will be displayed as a Patron on the Conference website, printed brochure, and other printed conference materials, separated from Conference sponsors.  ERRA will have the option to ask selected student(s) to write a short blog post (approximately 500 words about the conference upon completion or during the event). ERRA Conference Delegates are offered accommodation with all inclusive rate at:

  • Xanadu High Class Resort: EUR 130 + 18% VAT. Delegates will be provided with shuttle service in between Xanadu High Class Resort and the Conference Venue. Limited number of rooms, please make your booking early!
  • Regnum Carya Golf And Spa Resort: EUR 212,5 + 18% VAT

(The rate includes among others breakfast, lunch, dinner, beach use, all local beverages, snack restaurants, business center, turkish bath, sauna, steam room, fitness center.)

ERRA Conference delegates will book and pay their accommodation through TES directly. Contact details and separate room reservation form for booking purposes will be provided to registered conference delegates only. 

Payment is possible via bank transfer and credit card. Cash payments will not be accepted.

Airport Transfer

TES will provide airport shuttle services to all registered ERRA participants, which is included in the registration fee. In case delegates wish to enjoy an individual airport transfer service, please let TES know, they will be happy to provide you with an offer.
