ERRA 20th Anniversary Conference
A high-level conference marking the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Energy Regulators Regional Association (ERRA) will be organized on December 11, 2020 in Budapest.
ERRA was inaugurated in December 2000 with the mandate to improve energy regulation, foster the development of stable energy regulatory bodies and ultimately to indirectly contribute to energy markets integration. Since that moment a lot has changed in both energy industry and ERRA operation. The association has grown stronger, attracting more regulators from not only Europe and Asia but also other continents and cultures. Nevertheless, the initial mandate of the organization is still valid and ERRA continues to provide reliable support, capacity building and networking opportunities to its members’ base. The purpose of this anniversary is to make the symposium forward looking by bringing past, present and future together.
It will provide the opportunity to take stock of ERRA’s achievements and outline strategic directions of further development. Another objective is to strengthen the network of past and present members – the ERRA family.
