ERRA is assisting the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority (CERA) in the full implementation of the Third Energy Package of the European Union. The assistance program includes tailor-made training programs on electricity, natural gas and renewables. The project is funded by the European Commission. Materials prepared for the purposes of the project are only available to CERA.
