The 32nd CER (Certified Energy Regulator) Diploma was awarded to Mr. Janis Negribs of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) of Latvia last week


upon the successful completion of 9th ERRA Training Course on Principles of Economic Regulation and Electricity Tariffs that was held in Muscat, Oman.


ERRA has issued 32 CER diplomas since 2010. ERRA developed the Certified Energy Regulator training certificate to indicate that participants in ERRA courses have achieved a set level of fluency in the regulatory field. In order to receive the certicifate, participants should collect at least 30 credits within 3 years. Credits awarded upon successful completion of the ERRA Training Courses: 10 CER credits.
