Stanislav has been with the power market and generation for more than 15 years. Stan has  experience with trading, ancillary services, regulation, CEZ generation power plants portfolio optimization and its marketing. His expertise comes also from representing the company in Eurelectric, EFET Deutschland and in Nov 2022 was elected to the Board of EFET. He leads a team of people who take care for the business side (hedging, optimization) and dispatch of ČEZ owned power plants including also the development of IT tools for these activities. Stan has established the intraday trading desk where the last portfolio optimization effects are being materialized. Beside the traditional business Stan connects the world of trading with the world of regulation and actively participates in public consultations and communication with regulation authorities.
