Andy Flagg is the Coordinator of the Regulatory Energy Transition Accelerator (RETA), a platform for energy regulators to collaborate on decarbonisation. Andy works as an external consultant to the International Energy Agency, as the host of the RETA Administrator. Before starting this role Andy led the work on the COP26 climate change conference for Great Britain’s energy regulator Ofgem, which involved developing and launching RETA. Andrew has a background in international climate change politics, previously working as an adviser on climate, environment and public health in the European Parliament.
