In case you need an entry visa, please immediately contact the ERRA Secretariat! To prepare a visa invitation letter for you, please send us your passport copy and indicate the Embassy where you are applying for the visa.
Airport Shuttle Service (“MiniBUD”)
The Minibud carries passengers to all destinations door to door. The transfer time to/from the airport to the downtown is approximately 30-40 minutes (subject to traffic).
MiniBUD’s airport shuttle service should be ordered at least 48 hours prior to the departure of your flight on the website at https://www.minibud.hu/en or by telephone via their call center at: +36 1 550 0000!
Please coordinate your departure pick-up directly with the MiniBUD shuttle service or seek assistance at the hotel a day before your departure.
Taxi from the Airport
The official airport taxi company is FŐTAXI available at the Arrival Hall of the Terminals, providing reliable service on fair prices. All Főtaxi cars are equipped with POS terminal, therefore passengers can pay with credit card as well. Reservations can be made in person at Főtaxi booths located at the exit at Terminal 2A and 2B. At the taxi rank in front of the stands taxis are parking continuously waiting for passengers, in case of a special request there is only a few minutes to wait for the taxi arriving from the nearby parking. All Covid-related restrictions have been abolished in Hungary for the time being, however, the information will be permanently updated with regard to Covid restrictions.
The registration fee covers all the costs related to your participation in the Conference for 1st and 2nd days of the Conference, including lunches, coffee breaks and the Gala Dinner.
After simplification of Covid19-related restrictions worldwide, the Conference organisers took the decision to organise the Conference in physical format only (without remote online access) creating a perfect environment for socialising and networking.
