Rob is an economist with near 40 years’ experience including 23 in the energy sector covering both electricity and gas commercial and transition markets including operation, regulation, competition and pricing development. He has been a Consultant since 1998 and has worked in more than 20 countries, on issues including market design and analysis, development of PPAs, regulatory advice, price forecasting, and development of renewable energy support schemes. Rob holds a BA and MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
