In his former role as Senior Energy Advisor with the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia, U.S. Agency for International Development, Robert Archer worked for 20+ years on power sector reforms including legal, regulatory and competitive market development and restructuring, privatization and the social impacts of energy reform. He managed energy regulatory development assistance throughout Europe and Eurasia. He currently volunteers with groups working on climate policy analysis.
