Marcin Kamiński is a Regulatory Risk Manager at Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe (PEJ), the company responsible for the development and delivery of the Polish Nuclear Power Programme. He has been with PEJ since 2022, overseeing Polish regulatory matters and supporting cooperation with national and EU authorities. He was responsible for State aid proceedings from PEJ’s perspective and is currently involved in work related to the financing framework and prospective electricity market operation of Poland’s first nuclear power plant.

Prior to joining PEJ, he worked with Poland’s leading natural gas supplier and at the operator of the largest combined heat and power plants in Warsaw, where he was responsible for both national and EU regulatory affairs.

Marcin Kamiński holds a PhD in law from the University of Warsaw. He is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Warsaw, where he teaches public economic law and coordinates the master’s degree programme EU Energy and Climate.
