Slovakia is part of the Schengen Area. Please verify the visa requirements of Slovakia by contacting the Slovakian Embassy in your country or by using the following link: https://www.mzv.sk/en/web/en/visa-and-services/schengen-visa.

In case you need visa to Slovakia, please contact the ERRA Secretariat. To prepare a visa invitation letter for you, please send us your passport copy and indicate the Embassy where you are applying for the visa.

The Bratislava Airport (BTS) is served mainly by low cost carriers.

Due to close proximity of much larger Vienna International Airport, we advise that you search for flights landing at nearby Vienna Airport (VIE). From Vienna Bratislava is only an hour away!

Buses to Bratislava depart at 30 to 60-minute intervals. Check the following companies: slovaklines.sk, flixbus.com, regiojet.com.

• Please collect your badge at the registration desk and wear it at all times during the conference.
• The registration desk is located in the lobby near the check-in area.
• Opening hours:
• Sunday, April 26: 14:00 – 20:00
• Monday, Paril 27: from 08:00
• Tuesday, April 28: from 08:30

The Conference attire is business casual.

The official language of the Conference is English.

The Conference is organised in physical format only (without remote online access) creating a perfect environment for socialising and networking.
