Sasho Saltirovski is an accomplished energy professional with over 20 years of experience in the electricity sector. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Elektrodistribucija DOOEL Skopje, a subsidiary of the EVN Group. In this role, he oversees the operation of the electricity distribution system in North Macedonia, managing a workforce of 1,700 employees and serving over 800,000 customers.

Throughout his career at EVN Macedonia, Mr. Saltirovski has held several high-level leadership positions, including Managing Director of EVN Trading Skopje and Head of Department for Energy Policy and Regulatory Management. His expertise spans energy economics, electricity markets, and the management of large-scale utility operations.

On the international stage, Mr. Saltirovski is a prominent figure in the regional energy community. He served as the Chairman of the ECDSO-E Coordination Group within the Energy Community from 2018 to 2022 and currently holds the position of Co-chair. Additionally, he is the President of MAKO CIGRE (The Macedonian National Committee of the International Council on Large Electric Systems).

He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Sheffield International Faculty and a Master’s degree in Transmission and Distribution Systems from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in Skopje.
