Tobias Kaloud works as an economist at the regulation and price controls department of the Austrian energy regulator E-Control. He is responsible for the design of regulatory models that incentivize the efficient performance of Austrian electricity and natural gas network operators. In addition, Mr Kaloud works on the development of an advanced electricity network tariff structure that addresses the challenges associated with distributed generation, electric mobility, and flexibility. As an expert, Mr Kaloud currently participates at an EU Twinning Project for the development of network tariff setting methodologies in Georgia. Furthermore, he is lecturing and writing his doctoral dissertation at Vienna University of Economics and Business.
