Tom Olson has been an enforcement attorney with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, D.C. since 2010.  He has led teams that investigated, and then litigated against, numerous firms and individuals that manipulated U.S. energy markets.  All told, these cases have led to settlements of more than $420 million.  In these cases, he works closely with other FERC enforcement attorneys and with FERC data scientists.  Before joining FERC, Tom was a partner with the WilmerHale law firm in Washington, D.C. for 18 years.
