Director of the Department of Markets Development and Consumer Issues at the Energy Regulatory Office (since December 2015), responsible for implementation of network codes on the electricity and gas markets, development of retail markets, implementation of state aid programs such as termination of PPAs and capacity market. Actively participates in the work of the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) and the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER). In the years 2008–2014, the Vice President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, responsible for state aid issues and market surveillance. In the years 2006–2008, the General Director of the Energy Regulatory Office. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and the British Centre for English and European Legal Studies under auspices of the Cambridge University. She also completed postgraduate studies in economics of the energy sector (Warsaw School of Economics) and European integration (National School of Public Administration and Ecole Nationale d’Administration). Lecturer at postgraduate studies in the Consumer Protection Law at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
