Maciej Bando serves as Poland’s Undersecretary of State for Strategic Energy Infrastructure.

He holds a degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology and has completed postgraduate studies in Business and Management. Minister Bando has held a number of management positions across the energy sector, including major utility companies as well as engineering and design services providers. Between 2011 and 2019, he headed Poland’s Energy Regulatory Office.
