Marcin Kamiński holds the positon as the Regulatory Risk Manager at PEJ – a company entrusted with the with the task of developing Polish Nuclear Power Program. He has been with PEJ since 2022 and is responsible for both Polish regulatory affairs as well as supporting relevant authorities with the EU law proceedings. Currently involved in the works on financing and the prospective electricity market operations of the first nuclear power plant in Poland.
Prior to joining PEJ he worked at the major natural gas supplier in Poland and in the operator of the biggest heat and power plants in Warsaw. Responsible for national and EU regulatory affairs in both of these previous positions.
Marcin Kamiński holds a PhD in law which he received at the University of Warsaw. He is an assistant professor at the University of Warsaw teaching public economic law and coordinating the studies “LLM EU Energy and Climate”.
