The report identifies four critical attributes of GOs: traceability, ensuring that hydrogen's origin and production details are accurately tracked; tradability, allowing GOs to be bought and sold independently of the physical hydrogen; transparency, providing clear information about hydrogen's environmental credentials; and credibility, maintaining rigorous standards and independent verification.
