Emmanouela Angelidaki is the Senior Manager and Head of the Asset Planning and Remuneration Department within DESFA’s Strategy and Development Division, a role she has held since 2020. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s Ten Year Development Plan and leading negotiations with the National Regulatory Authority (NRA) on the four-year remuneration framework, including transportation tariffs. Before joining DESFA, Emmanouela gained extensive experience in both the public and private energy sectors in London, UK. She played a key role in policy development for new investments, led business transformation initiatives, and was deeply involved in negotiating future regulatory frameworks from both public and private sector perspectives. She has significant expertise in developing regulatory frameworks in Greece, the UK, and the EU, and has been actively engaged with shareholders and represented the company in EU institutions. She holds a degree in Economics, Politics, and International Studies from Warwick University, as well as a Master’s degree in EU Policy Making from the London School of Economics.
