Dr. Usman Abba Arabi mni, is a General Manager at Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC). He was born in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science (Bsc) a Masters’ Degree (MA) in International Law and Diplomacy and a Doctorate Degree Ph.D in International Relations.

He is an author, a PR specialist, a dispute resolution counsellor, a customer service specialist and an electricity regulatory specialist with a vast knowledge and experience in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI) from 1996 to date.

A Social Media Specialist who is responsible for transforming the social media space of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission by creating, developing and managing the Commission’s social media presence that informs and educate the Nigerian public on electricity regulation.

Dr. Usman Abba Arabi mni is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (fnipr), Senior Member Federation of African Public Relations Association (FAPFA), Member Nigerian Institute of Management (mnim), Member Dispute resolution Institute (M.DRI).
