Dalibor Mitrovski has been a long-standing member of the ERRA Gas Committee and has served as Vice-Chair of the ERRA Gaseous Markets and Economic Regulation Committee for the period 2024–2026. During this time, he has played an active role in organizing the work of the Committee and contributing to its publications.

Dalibor Mitrovski currently works at the Energy Regulatory Commission of North Macedonia, where he serves as Head of the District Heating Unit within the Department for Natural Gas, Oil and District Heating. He has been with the regulator since December 2012. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2012, he worked at the district heating company in Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia.

Dalibor holds a postgraduate degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
