The benchmarking report on Legal Actions and Processes of National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) by the ERRA Customer Protection Committee (CP COM) provides valuable insights into the legal frameworks, administrative procedures, and decision-making processes of ERRA Members, offering a comparative perspective on regulatory practices across different national legal frameworks.
By highlighting both common features and differences, it serves as a foundation for better understanding the diverse regulatory landscapes where ERRA Members are established in and fostering constructive discussions among Members. Strengthening knowledge of legal processes could not only enhance regulatory cooperation among ERRA Members but might also contribute to fostering more effective governance in the energy sector.
Ultimately, this report aims to facilitate dialogue, encourage the exchange of best practices, and support ongoing efforts to improve regulatory consistency and consumer protection.
