The Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority (MEKH) presents the article which tells the story of preparation for the Interim Coupling Project (ICP), its implementation, surpassed obstacles and market observations based on a comparison of 100 trading days before the go-live of the project and 100 trading days after. The article is concluded with a number of lessons learnt from the process.
