Mapping ERRA Members Landscape: Celebrating Diversity in Energy Regulation

A total of 37 ERRA national regulators took part in the mapping survey behind this report — from Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. Their responses are mapped across thirteen regulatory areas in five chapters: from institutional independence and customer protection, through wholesale markets and network tariffs, to renewables, smart metering and electro-mobility. Published for the 25th Anniversary of the ERRA Foundation, the report's grouping system is a descriptive instrument for understanding variety: it maps where members stand and why their paths differ, treating regulatory diversity as ERRA's distinctive asset.
