The Benchmark Analysis “Market Monitoring Data on Electricity Retail Functioning in 2017”, as part of the ERRA Work Plan for 2019/2020, was prepared within Customers and Retail Markets Working Group in the period August 2018 – April 2019.

The analysis is based on the answers to the Questionnaire (Annex 1) aimed to detect relevant comparisons regarding electricity retail market features, switching behavior, regulation of end-user prices and household electricity prices.
