Smart meter roll-out for the domestic and small and medium non-domestic sectors (GB): Part I

The Government is committed to ensuring that every home and small business in the country is offered a smart meter by 2020, delivered as cost effectively as possible3 and this is a key priority for the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
