
The ERRA Energy Transition Committee presents its latest report on E-Mobility: Status Update, Development Plans, and Related Regulatory Issues. This research paper incorporates contributions from 25 member organizations of the ERRA Committee and has been reviewed by the Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP).
Electric mobility continues to gain momentum across ERRA member countries, driven by climate commitments, technological advancements, and evolving consumer preferences. This report presents the findings of the 2025 ERRA E-Mobility Survey, highlighting key regulatory developments, progress in infrastructure deployment, challenges related to grid integration, and the evolving role of national regulatory authorities across the region.
