Cancellation Policy*

I agree with the following cancellation policy and refund: No cancellation and refund of the tuition fee is possible. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. ERRA reserves the right to change the content of the program without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the alteration of the dates of the event. ERRA is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alternation, postponement or cancellation of an event under any circumstances.

ERRA Waiver and Release of Liability 2/1*

I acknowledge that the Energy Regulators Regional Association (herein ERRA) cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to or contract a Communicable Disease at the Event. Further, due to the nature of the facilities, services, and programs offered at this event, I understand that attending the Event could increase my risk of contracting a Communicable Disease. I agree to abide by all applicable COVID-19-related requirements (including, but not limited to COVID-19), advisories, policies, procedures, and protocols of the hotel, ERRA and measures set by the Hungarian Government for the duration of my stay. If masks are required when the event convenes, I will comply with all guidelines. Failure to comply and abide by our rules could lead to expulsion. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, I, HEREBY RELEASE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS, concerning all liabilities, claims, penalties, suits, demands, judgments, costs, interests, and expenses (including attorneys fees and costs) arising from or relating to the illness, disability or death of myself (or any person who may contract a Communicable Disease, directly or indirectly, from me), as a direct or indirect result, in whole or in part, of a Communicable Disease, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
