1. if the participant comes from an EU-member country and his/her organisation posseses an EU VAT number

ERRA Waiver and Release of Liability*

The Energy Regulators Regional Association (herein ERRA) has taken preventative measures to reduce the spread of communicable disease including, but not limited to COVID-19 (Communicable Disease) at its meetings (the Event). However, I acknowledge that ERRA cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to or contract a Communicable Disease at the Event. Further, due to the nature of the facilities, services, and programs offered at this event, I understand that attending the Event could increase my risk of contracting a Communicable Disease. I agree to abide by all applicable COVID-19-related requirements, advisories, policies, procedures, and protocols of the hotel, ERRA and measures set by the Hungarian Government for the duration of my stay. If masks are required when the event convenes, I will comply with all guidelines. Failure to comply and abide by our rules could lead to expulsion. In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Event, I, hereby HEREBY RELEASE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS, concerning all liabilities, claims, penalties, suits, demands, judgments, costs, interests, and expenses (including attorneys fees and costs) arising from or relating to the illness, disability or death of myself (or any person who may contract a Communicable Disease, directly or indirectly, from me), as a direct or indirect result, in whole or in part, of a Communicable Disease, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellation Policy*

I agree with the following cancellation policy and refund: No cancellation and refund of the tuition fee is possible. Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. (In case participant registers with the wrong tuition fee and a refund is approved by ERRA, banking costs shall be borne by the participant.) ERRA reserves the right to change the content of the program without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the alteration of the dates of the event. ERRA is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alternation, postponement or cancellation of an event under any circumstances.
