VAT Policy.

Only Online Participants qualify for VAT-exempt registration in the following two cases:
1. if the participant comes from an EU-member country and his/her organisation posseses an EU VAT number
2. if the participant comes from a non-EU-member country, participant has to provide a certificate of residence of his/her company proving the taxation status of the company

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. (In case participant registers with the wrong tuition fee and a refund is approved by ERRA, banking costs shall be borne by the participant.) ERRA reserves the right to change the content of the program without notice including the substitution, alteration or cancellation of speakers and/or topics and/or the alteration of the dates of the event.
