Asadov S. Elshan is a distinguished figure in the realms of economics, governance, and industry, with a rich history of service and leadership. With a degree in pricing from Azerbaijan Economic University, he embarked on a journey marked by excellence and dedication.
His career took root in 1996 when he assumed the role of an appraiser at a first national appraising company, swiftly establishing himself as a prominent figure in the field. In 1998, he was bestowed with the honor of being selected as the inaugural chairman of the Azerbaijan Appraising Sociaty, a testament to his expertise and leadership acumen.
From 2001 to 2006, Elshan Asadov served as the head of the tariff division at the the Azerbaijan Ministry of Economic Development, where he played a pivotal role in shaping tariff policies and regulations. Concurrently, he served as a member of the Tariff Council of the Azerbaijan Republic, contributing his insights and expertise to crucial decision-making processes.
Following the reorganization of the Tariff Council in 2006, he assumed the mantle of leading the Secretariat of the Azerbaijan Republic Tariff Council until 2011, where his strategic vision and administrative prowess left an indelible mark.
