Marko Bislimoski is President of the Еnergy, Water Services and Municipal Waste Services Management Regulatory Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia (ERC North Macedonia). He joined ERC North Macedonia in 2004 and till 2018 he was Head of the Electricity Department.

Bislimoski was also President of the Energy Community Regulatory Board (ECRB), two mandates in a row.

In his mandate, ERC North Macedonia was elected five times in a row by the Energy Community, as the best regulator for delivering the reforms and EU targets in the energy regulatory sector. Bislimoski led the key reforms in the electricity sector in North Macedonia, from Market liberalization to Tariff reforms.

He holds a M.S. degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies in the Republic of North Macedonia.
