Hans-Arild has extensive international experience from designing and implementing various power market design and trading arrangements since 1992 where he initially was involved in developing the first market systems at Nord Pool.

Hans-Arild has been involved in developing new product offerings in the continuous evolving electricity markets worldwide and had key roles in the development of strategies and detailed national and regional power market design for regulators, power exchanges and system operators in more than 20 countries/regions worldwide.

Hans-Arild is the CEO of Bredesen Consulting and is an associate of Nord Pool Consulting (where he recently was the CEO). He is also board member of NODES, the European marketplace for trading local flexibility.
