Nilar Andrea Chit Tun is a communication, knowledge management & strategy specialist with more than 15 years of experience in providing communication and strategic advisory services. Nilar shares great experience serving different clients, including many donors such as USAID, World Bank, OECD, International Monetary Fund among many others, providing support on knowledge management and communication activities by scoping and implementing appropriate and effective knowledge capture and sharing activities that result in use and improved outcomes. Recently, Nilar has been engaged as senior communication strategist for United Nations Climate Change to design the social media strategy for the launch of the Yearbook of Global Climate Action 2019, also coordinate and provide communications support related to the keystone publications of COP25Chile in Madrid including press releases, online articles, social media, infographics and design for different UNFCCC teams. In 2017, Nilar was engaged as communications outreach manager, leading a team during multiple communications and outreach public campaigns for Kosova e Re Power Plant. Nilar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with Honors from Marymount University. Also, Nilar holds a Master of Arts degree in International Communications with Honor from the American University School of International Service.
