Dace Codare-Plaude has more than 9 years’ experience of regulating water management services at PUC and prior to that 7 years’ experience of designing water management infrastructure, preparing necessary documentation for the implementation of EU funded water management projects, and later also monitoring of EU co-financed projects.
She is an environmental engineer by profession (Mg.sc.ing.), but at PUC she deals with different technical, economical, legal and organizational issues related to drafting of regulatory acts, setting tariffs, monitoring of water management service providers and consulting of service users, service providers, municipalities and state institutions. Dace also represents PUC in different international events related to water management, including WAREG activities.
