Over his 8 years in the power sector, Jesse has worked in private sector consulting, academia, and non-governmental organizations. He has provided technical assistance and facilitated policy discussions for regulators, utilities, technology providers, and investors across North America and Asia. Jesse is an expert on electricity economics and utility planning and has published on topics ranging from market design supporting emerging energy technologies to innovative techniques for advanced utility planning.
