Mr. Majstrović, Head of Transmission and Distribution Department at the Energy Institute Hrvoje Pozar, Croatia where he has been working since 1998. Fields of his interest are electricity network planning and analysis, electricity markets and RES integration. He’s been serving as consultant team leader and project manager in large number of international projects, commissioned by different institutions and companies worldwide (governments, ministries, energy regulators, TSOs, DSOs, power companies, international financial institutions, private investors etc.). As an author or co-author he published more than 100 studies and more than 90 papers. He received his PhD in 2007 at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Split where he received status of Associate Research Scientist in 2009 and Research Scientist in 2011. Since 2011 he also serves as associate lecturer at Faculty of Economy Rijeka at postgraduate study MBA in Energy.

He is member of Scientific Council for Energy of Croatian Academy of Science and Art and President of Croatian CIGRE C1 Committee.
