Marina Uzunov is a spokesperson and advisor for strategic communication issues at the Energy, Water Services and Waste Management Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia (ERC). She specializes in tailoring narrative and strategic communication for the electricity, oil, public heating, and water distribution sectors and is highly skilled in crisis communications. With 12 years of experience in journalism, both in practice and education, and eight years working "on the other side", Uzunov has established key principles of transparency, real-time information sharing, and prioritizing the public interest.  She also has experience leading governmental communication teams for energy and economic issues.
