WORK EXPERIENCE: 2012 -   current  Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority (predecessor: Hungarian Energy Office) vice-president (2020 reappointed) for water utility services and waste management Supervision and regulation of the water utility and waste management sector. Tariff regulation and supervision of fees. Licensing tasks for water utility services. Management tasks, defining the guidelines necessary for the development of the Authority. Creating strategic plans. Building strategic cooperation with both the representatives of water utility and waste sector, furthermore the partner organizations (such as: Ministries, Hungarian Authority for Consumer Protection, disaster management agencies, etc.). Providing support for legislative initiatives. Preparation and implementation the extension of waste management tasks. Cooperation with international organizations. Preparation of the price regulation methodology after entering the Authority. Recruitment and team building. Performing the duties of vice president for energy sector at the same time (no vice president was appointed to this position between 2012-2014). Managing the integration of the water sector under the new regulatory framework established in 2012. Successful implementation of licensing procedures and the integration of the water utility services (reduction the number of service providers from 380 to 40). Participation both at national and international conferences (as a speaker). Invited speaker for years at the Budapest University of Technology. Regular participation on annual conferences organized by partner organizations, such as Hungarian Water Utility Association. Taking part in social attitude formation by performing in high-schools in the framework of national programs. 2018 - current WAREG, Vice-president (re-appointed in 2020) International activities: contacting and engagement with OECD Water Governance Programme and Regulatory Policy Division, the World Bank’s Danube Water Programme, country projects with EU Commission  and fulfilled the vice-presidency of WAREG from 2018 (2020 reappointed). Regular participation as moderator or keynote speaker on platforms organized by WAREG and with cooperation with Florence School of Regulation. (European Forum on the Regulation of Water Services).
