Samuel is the project Coordinator at the African Forum for Utility Regulators (AFUR). He is a finance and banking major from Makerere University in Uganda, with extensive experience in project execution. Samuel has been the lead on the Mainstreaming Mini-grid Tariff Settlement Tools and Methodologies Across African Regulators project among other projects for AFUR. His work has provided him extensive knowledge of the mini-grid environment on the continent.
