Apiwat is a Vice President in Corporate strategy at PTTLNG.  He have been working in the field of strategic and business planning for over 19 years. His noticeable work was the planning of the gas infrastructure enhancement and expansion i.e. pipelines, LNG services, and LNG terminals in Thailand. Currently, he is working on having the new LNG terminal at Ban NongFaab to be ready for the Open Season, ensuring the effectiveness of LNG terminals TPA, and supporting the government in the transition of Gas Liberalization phase 1 to phase 2 and beyond.

His formal education includes a Bachelors of Mechanical and Computing Engineering, a Master degree in Development Technology, and a Master degree in MBA from Monash University, University of Melbourne, and Chulalongkorn University respectively.
