The aim of ERRA’s Communication Workshop is to discuss principles and methods of effective communication as a public entity, elaborate best-practice in communicating unpopular decisions, and show case study examples of both good and ineffective communication on country-specific examples. The speaker roster will involve both practicing regulators as well as communication experts.
The Workshop is hosted by the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency.
