Mutlu has been involved in various aspects of energy sector since 2011. Beginning his career for five years as an analyst/consultant in Fundamental Market Modelling and Price Forecasting, he transitioned into more trading and origination roles later on. He executed asset backed trading of a conglomerate’s thermal assets for a year, and later has been the Head of Trading at Pure Energy since 2016. He is involved in imbalance management of a 2500 MW Renewable Portfolio Management, Virtual Power Plants, Spec & Hedge Trading in OTC Markets, Intraday Markets in Turkey and Germany, Algorithmic Trading, and several originated products.
