    Are you facing challenges when communicating regulatory policy and building long-term trust as regulator? Is your institution’s credibility challenged due to difficult decisions you had to take? Do you find it difficult to identify all stakeholders including from civil society groups and/or industry lobbies?

    Look no further - ERRA’s two-day course will cover the fundamentals of stakeholder engagement and communication focusing on stakeholder mapping, building trust through various engagement techniques, using appropriate tools and media as well as crisis communication and conflict resolution

    Why does effective communication matter?

    • Regulatory policy is complex and needs to be communicated in a manner that is understandable for a wide group of stakeholders;
    • It is critically important for regulatory credibility and policy implementation;
    • Communication is often overlooked, leading to resistance to regulatory policy or even failure of sector reforms.
