As such, regulators may play a crucial role in overseeing market integrity, particularly in addressing potential market abuses. This discussion explores the regulatory framework required to ensure fair and transparent carbon market operations, including strategies to combat market manipulation and insider trading, thereby fostering investor confidence and market stability across jurisdictions.

- Description: Renewable energy development remains at the heart of ETCOM. This development goes hand in hand with successful and non-bureaucratic permitting process. Still stakeholders are required to navigate through different procedures specified by various authorities, leading to unnecessary and burdensome complexity. Also there is lack of understanding of RES systems among authorities, caused by lack of guidance and cooperation. All named factors can extend the time frames of the permitting process, putting at risk countries commitment of our strategic goals in energy.
